Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship products internationally. However, all international orders may have an additional shipping charge which will be notified via e-mail before the order is processed.  Once the shipping charges are agreed upon processing will take place.
 
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, such as: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.  In addition, we accept money orders and cashier's checks.
 
What is your return policy?
We guarantee a full refund for orders returned within 21 days from the date of the delivery.
All returns must be made within 21 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original package, and must include all original packaging materials as well as a copy of the packing slip.
Unwanted products may be returned with prior authorization only!
All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping & handling and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). 
REFUSED DELIVERY:
Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, credit will be issued for the original purchase price less shipping and handling.
Because our products are one of a kind an exchange for the same item is not possible.  It is possible to replace the item for a different one.
 
How long does it take to process and ship orders?
All orders are processed and shipped within 4 to 7 business days.
 
How do I track my packages that have been shipped?
Once the package was shipped you will receive an email notification.
 
Which shipping method do you offer?
Merchandise will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.   Any other arrangements for a faster shipping method will need to be discussed by phone before the order is placed.
 
What is the delivery time for orders?
Delivery will take place 2 to 3 days from the date shipped
 
Do you collect sales tax?
Yes, we collect sales tax on orders shipped to California only.
 
How do I know what's in stock on your website?
All of the products listed on Gallery of Beads are exclusive.  There is only 1 of each item.  Your credit card will not be charged until availability is confirmed.  Once a product is sold it is removed from the website.  Only available items are listed. to be sold.
